There has not been any additional information regarding the proposed List # 4 of Chinese Section 301 Sanctions. The new list will not become official until it is published in the Federal Register. Only then we will know the tariff rate, the final list of commodities and classifications affected, as well as the dates that will determine the assessment of the additional duties.
On May 17, 2019, the U.S. Trade Representative announced the proposed List #4 sanctions including the list of proposed classifications and item descriptions. This information was included in our May 14, 2019 article and can be accessed here again. This list is subject to change.
