The United States Trade Representative has extended 37 product exclusions for goods that are imported from China under Section 301 Lists #1 and 2 and entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on October 2, 2020 and before 11:59 p.m. eastern daylight time on December 31, 2020.
